My Lovely quilled creations

Here are few more collection of my all time favorite cards..

These lovely cards are favorite among my friends too, received many orders as well with different color combinations.

This is a special card I tried with some extra features.... An acetate sheet attached to cover the whole front panel and also as an extra flap inside the card.

Two of my another favorite cards with purple, yellow and cream combination. Used some Gina.K flower stamps as the background for the sentiment piece and sponged with a  Distress ink.

These flowers are using the Quilling comb - bit time consuming and yet lovely..

Another card with some fringed flowers... these flowers gives the look of tiny blooms and also gives some extra dimension.

My another favorite Gate-fold card with lots of flowers , I ended up making a box for the card...
Loved how the colors turned out.

These are my all time favorite color combinations - blue and pink. Added some extra quilled elements like a bird and butterfly.

Frames.... Hangings... Gifts...

Hello All... sharing some of my framed wall-hanging works.. 💖💖
This is my first project among framed wall hangings, created for a marriage gift. All of the sentiments I use on my projects are hand-written. I used some quilled flowers and added 2 gold rings as additional element, also made with quilling paper and colored in gold.

This was as order for a Birthday gift, using flowers with quilling comb.

These 4 frames I created for an auction at our church during Harvest Festival.. I loved making these projects with pictures and Bible words...

This project was made with 2 layers of base - a metallic cardstock on top of a thin chipboard sheet. I love creating dimensional background for my works and for this - I used Modelling paste & stencil to cover the edges of the chipboard sheet, and coated with Bronze metallic wax(Prima - Art Alchemy). Added some handmade flowers and quilled vinery and bells. I have also added some cabochons and chipboard accents , coated with bronze wax.

These 2 frames are one of my favorites... Created these as gifts for house warming.
I used 10mm quilling paper strips which makes the whole work look dimensional. For the sentiment piece, the card stock was punched using Martha Stewart - Around the corner punch. Sponged the edges with distress inks and added metallic brads on the corners.

Some more frames with handmade roses and quilled vinery, gifted for marriage.

This is one among the frames I gifted my mother... here I used a black cardstock, layered the sentiment with a doily piece, with Bible words.. Added the handmade roses colored with Worn Lipstick Distress ink along with some punched leaves.

Few other frames I gifted my mother..
Used Bible words for sentiments along with quilled flowers and leaves.

I created this frame on an order for birthday gift along with some pictures and personalized sentiments. I used mixed media technique for the background, and also added few mulberry flowers and leaves with contrast colors.

This is a gift I created for an Ordination - using the theme of wheat and grape vines..

Some more of the gift projects with dimensional background - added pictures, handmade flowers and some chipboard accents on the corners.

Few other marriage gifts on order - using quilled flowers and flower stocking.
Another  wonderful project I created as a gift for my uncle's 70th birthday.. 💖💖

Inspirations...

Apart from crafting I also spend time in watching videos of different techniques in making handmade cards and flowers, and tried out these beautiful cards...

These beauties are inspired by Gina.K designs card videos..
The first card was with white heat embossed flowers and colored the petals with water-based markers...
For the second card, I used a sponged background technique with a die cut piece, glued some hand cut flowers to give extra dimension.

These cute butterflies are stamps from Gina.K designes.. an inspiration from Pinterest.. 😊
Did copic coloring for the butterlies and layered them with sparkling dust.

Tried some scored background technique - another inspiration from Gina.K.
Sponged the scored panel with Walnut stain distress ink. The 'Hello Sunshine' stamp is from Hero Arts... also added a cute punched butterfly (Martha Stewarts punch).

This beautiful card was inspired by Melanie Muenchinger from Gina.K designs.   Although she used a Christmas theme with Poinsettia flowers, I tried with roses for a birthday card...
The Mulberry flowers and leaves are from my stash, used as additional elements.
Another card created from Gina.K designs stamps - colored the flowers, leaves and the butterfly with Copic markers.
